Perform addition of two matrices

This program adds two arrays m1 and m2 and returns m3.Both the arrays m1 and m2 are of equivalent dimensions i.e. 10 X 10.Addition is performed amongst the elements of the corresponding cells.In short,element from the first row and second column of matrix m1 is added with first row and second column of matrix m2 and stored in first row and second column of matrix m3. Each and every element of the matrix is considered using two for loops.The first for loop considers row of the matrix and second for loop considers column of the matrix.
